WORK to waterproof a major roundabout on the outskirts of Chester is set to start on Friday evening and will include a road closure.
The improvements to the A55/A483 Wrexham Road roundabout are set to take 10 days to complete and will be carried out in two phases.
A spokesman for Highways England said phase one will take place on the eastern side of the A483 Wrexham Road roundabout from the evening of Friday to the morning of Monday, May 4.
For safety, a 24-hour closure will be in place on the eastern side of the A483 Wrexham Road roundabout throughout. This will affect road users travelling out of Chester.
